Abstract
We report a rare premenarchal case of massive ovarian edema in which h igh resolution MRI findings more accurately reflected characteristic p athologic changes of this condition compared with CT and ultrasound. A potential role of MR in preoperative diagnosis of massive ovarian ede ma is suggested.
