Abstract
Lawesson's reagent, 2,4-bis(4-methoxyphenyl)-1,3,2,4-dithiadiphosphetane-2, 4-disufide, reacted with the substituted 1,5-bisphenol L to afford derivati ves of 1,3,2-dioxaphosphocane-2-sulfide 2, which were found to possess sele ctive herbicidal activity against rape.
