Abstract
Infrared and birefringence measurements are used to characterize the orient ational behavior of fumed silica and mica hybrid-reinforced poly(dimethylsi loxane) composites. Results of equilibrium stress-strain and swelling exper iments are also reported and correlated with the orientational data. (C) Jo hn Wiley & Sons, Inc.
