Abstract
A metallic microstrip line deposited on silicon, illuminated at its end whi le its entry is being connected to an ultra-high-frequency generator, prese nts a photoinduced load at its extremity. By performing a mixing frequency experiment, it has been proved that this load actually behaves as nonlinear element. (C) 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
