Abstract
In this paper, we reported the properties of the higher-order diffraction i mages of a photorefractive grating recorded with a large modulation depth. It was shown that the image corresponding to the second order diffraction i s magnified and that corresponding to the negative first order is 180 degre es rotated. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science Ltd.
