Recent data from the CDF Collaboration on the production of spin-triplet bo
ttomonium states at the Fermilab Tevatron p (p) over bar collider are analy
zed within the NRQCD factorization formalism. The color-singlet matrix elem
ents are determined from electromagnetic decays and from potential models.
The color-octet matrix elements are determined by fitting the CDF data on t
he cross sections for Y(1S), Y(2S), and Y(3S) at large p(T) and the fractio
ns of Y(1S) coming from chi (b)(1P) and chi (b)(2P). We use the resulting m
atrix elements to predict the cross sections at the Tevatron for the spin-s
inglet states eta (b)(nS) and h(b)(nP). We argue that eta (b)(1S) may be ob
servable in run II through the decay eta (b)-->J/psi +J/psi.
