Abstract
The variation of specific refractive increment of polymer solutions, dn/dc, with polymer coil size, affecting chromatogram interpretation has been stu died. A method for calculating molecular weight averages by the use of dn/d c variation with molecular weight has been proposed. Applications of this p rocedure to polystyrene samples in THF, at room temperature are presented.
