A 66-year-old woman presented with fever and right upper quadrant pain 5 we
eks after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Angiogram revealed occlusion of the
right hepatic artery and right portal vein which necessitated a right hepa
tic lobectomy. To our knowledge this has not been previously reported. The
patient recovered uneventfully.
