Abstract
In this work thermal lens spectrometry is applied to determine the thermo-o ptical properties and the presence of adulterants in brewed coffee. In addi tion, pll measurements were also performed. The results for dn/dT and pH da ta have shown that the combination of these two methods can be successfully applied to detect adulterants in brewed coffee.
