STUDIES ON SYNTHESIS AND ANTITUMOR ACTIVI TIES OF ANALOGS AND SEGMENTS OF PAPAVER-SOMNIFERUM POLLEN HEPTADECAPEPTIDE

Four analogues and three segments were designed and synthesized by usi ng solid phase peptide synthesis method according to separated papaver somniferum pollen heptadecapeptide with promoting immunity and antitu mor activities as the leading compound. Their primary secondary struct ures in solution were determined by CD spectra and their inhibitive ac tivities to human gastric and bladder cancer cells were assayed by MTT method. The relationship of structure-activity was preliminarily disc ussed.
