Organotin(IV) complexes of amino acids and peptides

A comprehensive review, > 120 references, on organotin(IV) complexes of the amino acids and peptides is presented with special reference to their meth ods of synthesis, structural and thermal properties as well as their soluti on studies and biological activity. The structures of these complexes are d iscussed on the basis of IR, electronic, multinuclear (H-1-,C-13- and Sn-11 9-) NMR, X-ray and Sn-119 Mossbauer spectral studies.
