Abstract
Angiofibromas are neoformations frequently occurring on the face of patient s affected by tuberous sclerosis. Traditional methods of treating angiofibr omas, such as curettage, dermabrasion, chemical peeling, cryosurgery, and l aser are not entirely successful as they frequently lead to scarring and pi gmentary change. We report the successful use of timed surgery, a novel ele ctrosurgical procedure, in treating multiple angiofibromas. The technique i s easy to use and very cost effective.
