Abstract
A planar coupled tapered slot-line antenna with sum/difference beams is dev eloped based on fast MoM procedures and optimisation using specific: geneti c algorithm operators. The aim of the optimisation procedure is to realise a balanced combination of the gain of the sum-beam and the slope of the dif ference-beam, A test sample provides the desired performances.
