Abstract
In the above-mentioned paper(1),the authors claimed that the estimation err
or of their identification algorithm is nonincreasing, We show in this note
that this statement is misleading, and point out the mistake made in their
derivation of the statement. We further show that the worst-case estimatio
n error of their algorithm is, however, nonincreasing.
