We developed the algorithms for calculating the characteristics polynomial
coefficients such that the quadratic criterion of performance is at a minim
um; the function of the criterion is to inhibit in the course of control an
y significant deviations of both the controlled variable and its derivative
s up to the fourth-order inclusive. The results can be used to solve a numb
er of problems about synthesis of FV control systems if the placement of ze
roes in transfer functions of controlled variable is taken into account.
