Abstract
The authors report an four DRPLA patients who manifested delusions. All pat ients demonstrated autosomal dominant DRPLA confirmed by standard gene anal ysis. Patients with DRPLA can exhibit a variety of psychiatric symptoms in addition to extrapyramidal and cerebellar symptoms.
