Abstract
In this paper, we show the details of the Brownian dynamics (BD) simulation results for hard-sphere (HS) colloidal suspensions above the melting volum e fraction of identical hard spheres. It is shown that the long-time behavi or of HS Brownian particles without hydrodynamic interactions is qualitativ ely the same as that of atomic HS particles.
