The temperatures of the transition into the viscoelastic state, denatu
ration, and the onset of intensive destruction were calculated by addi
tive schemes for 32 proteins. Contributions of strong interactions (di
pole-dipole contacts and hydrogen bonds) into the partial contribution
s of the characteristic temperatures of amino acid residues (including
the glass transition temperature) were refined. The calculated result
s agree with available experimental data.
