Abstract
We have reported the synthesis of orthorhombic ZnGeN2 with extremely intens e photoluminescence signal in the visible portion of the spectrum. The firs t analysis of the lattice dynamics of this crystalline phase has been propo sed by using both infra-red and micro-Raman spectroscopy. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
