Abstract
Full size silicon microstrip detectors have been prototyped for the LHC and fabricated on both oxygenated and nonoxygenated substrate material. The de tectors were irradiated with protons to 3 x 10(14) p cm(-2) and their signa ls compared as a function of bias voltage after short-term and long-term an nealing. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V.
