Abstract
[GRAPHICS] A simple and efficient method for monitoring and optimizing carbohydrate sy nthesis on polymeric support by using F-19 NMR spectroscopy is described. T he method relies on the use of fluorinated variants of protective groups th at are in common use in oligosaccharide synthesis.
