Management of frontal sinus disease has evolved considerably with the adven
t of endoscopic paranasal sinus instrumentation. With this evolution has co
me the increased demand for anatomic competence among otolaryngologists. Ar

thmoid complex anatomy, the otolaryngologist can target the anatomic abnorm
alities that predispose an individual to frontal sinus disease and limit th
e effectiveness of medical and surgical management.
