Abstract
We present our recent results in development of a direct detector of submil limeter waves (bolometer) based on a mesoscopic power sensor coupled to an integrated antenna. An electrical noise equivalent power of 5 x 10(-18) W/r oot Hz at 0.1 K has been demonstrated in de measurement. A cryogenic system for optical evaluation of the detector has been designed and is currently being built. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
