Abstract
A highly efficient procedure for introducing aryl or heteroaryl rings at po sition 5 of the 6-phenyl-(2H)-pyridazin-3-one system using a Suzuki cross-c oupling reaction has been developed in the search for new platelet aggregat ion inhibitors.
