Abstract
Spontaneous umbilical cord hematoma is very rare. We present a newborn who was discovered to have a spontaneous fetal umbilical cord hematoma. A nonre assuring fetal heart tracing complicated the first and second stages of lab or. The only pathological finding was a short umbilical cord, which could h ave contributed to the rupture of fetal vessels.
