Abstract
We describe our technique for excision of a renal tumor that extended to th e right atrium and was adherent to the inferior vena cava within the liver. The surgical procedure was performed using cardiopulmonary bypass with dee p hypothermic circulatory arrest and retrograde cerebral perfusion to exten d the safe period of cerebral ischemia.
