Abstract
Four synthetic peptides (Peptidyl MIMs; Demeter Biotechnologies, Inc.) were evaluated for their in vitro activity against Acholeplasma laidlawii. Fift y percent effective concentration values ranged from I to 15 muM. Three of these compounds are more lethal than cecropin B against A. laidlawii.
