Abstract
In order to obtain non-hypotensive and Ca2+-permeable AMPA receptor antagon ists, we have synthesized a series of 1,4-bis(4-piperidinylmethyl)diaminobu tanes. Compounds 13b, c, f had desirable properties. (C) 2001 Elsevier Scie nce Ltd. All rights reserved.
