Abstract
Two novel palladium catalysed cascade processes involving the generation of a (pi -allyl)palladium intermediate from allenes in an intra- or intermole cular fashion, followed by regioselective intramolecular nucleophilic addit ion of amines, alcohols or malonates provide spiro- or linear fused heteroc ycles in good yield.
