Abstract
Electrochemical methods are used to demonstrate that cytochrome c can be im mobilized on electrodes that are coated with self-assembled monolayers of 4 -pyridinyl-CO2-(CH2)(n)-S (n > 6) through interaction between the pyridine terminal unit and the heme of the cytochrome.
