Abstract
Emphasis on preservation of laryngeal function has dominated the developmen t of treatment strategies for patients with laryngeal cancer. This article focuses on a variety of voice-sparing treatments for malignancies of the su praglottic larynx, glottic larynx, and pyriform sinus.
