ologous or heterologous dendritic cells CDC) pulsed with specific antigen i
nduces protective immune responses against noninvasive bacteria, namely Bor
detella pertussis. The DC-mediated protection is associated with strong B.
pertussis-specific immunoglobulin G (IgG) and IgA responses in the lung.
