Abstract
Primary orbital liposarcoma is an extraordinarily rare tumour, lack of spec ific diagnostic findings, scarcity of published series and a primary anatom ical location make its management complicated. Surgery should conserve visu al function in well located, low-grade tumours that do not invade ocular st ructures. Complementary RT should also be performed.
