Abstract
The general analysis of the electric field in the whole ceramic insulator o f the combined transformer is presented in the paper. The author has done t he computer model very closely to a very geometrically complicated object. Thr: field analysis answered the questions of the maximum value and distrib ution of electric field strength in the whole object, composed of different insulating materials, and is necessary in designing high voltage devices, (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V.
