Abstract
There is general agreement on the suitability of the laparoscopic approach for benign adrenal lesions but controversy about using laparoscopy for susp ected adrenal malignancy, This article reviews the literature on laparoscop ic adrenalectomy for cancer: the operative techniques and indications and c ontraindications.
