Abstract
A microscopic multicluster model has been applied to reactions of astrophys ical interest. Due to the introduction of more clusters in our alpha descri ption, the results exhibit in general a substantial improvement compared to those obtained with simpler models. We present recent results on the O-15( alpha, gamma)Ne-19 and N-15(alpha, gamma)F-19 reactions as well as prelimin ary results on the C-13(alpha, n)O-16 reaction.
