The proton capture reactions Y-89(p,gamma)Zr-90 and Sr-88(p,gamma)Y-89 have
been investigated at energies E-p=1.5-3.5 MeV via an array of 4 HPGe detec
tors of approximate to 100% rel. efficiency. The resulting cross sections a
s well as the existing data on the Zr-90(p,gamma)Nb-91 and Mo-92(p,gamma)Tc
-93 reactions are compared with improved statistical model calculations car
ried out using the MOST code.
