Expected sensitivity of future atmospheric neutrino data from Super-Kamioka
nde on neutrino oscillation physics is discussed. We expect that the accura
cy of the sin(2)2 theta (23) measurement will be improved with (exposure ti
me)(1/2) By analyzing high energy fully contained events, it could be possi
ble to statistically demonstrate the existence of charged current nu (tau)
interactions at the 3 standard deviation level with a few more years of dat
a. Subdominant nu (mu) --> nu (e) oscillations could be observed if theta (
13) is near the present limit. However, significantly more data will be req
uired to observe a 3 standard deviation effect.
