Abstract
The influence of the compositional disordering on the energy of the fundame ntal absorption edge and the refractive index dispersion of the crystalline solid solutions Cu6P(S1-xSex)(5)I is studied. It is shown that the concent ration dependences of the optical pseudogap width, the refractive index, an d the lattice parameter in these crystalline solid solutions are interrelat ed.
