Abstract
Using high-resolution transmission electron microscopy we have studied C-im planted GaN after a post-implantation annealing treatment. A strong evidenc e of existence of nanometer crystalline diamond and graphite in C-implanted GaN was given. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. AU rights reserved.
