Abstract
From the leaves of Mallotus apelta, seven benzopyran compounds were obtaine d and their structures were determined using spectroscopic methods. One sho wed moderate antibiotic activity against Micrococcus lutens. (C) 2001 Elsev ier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
