Abstract
The numerical technique presented in the previous publication [1] has been extended to the case of a reflector displaced from the transducer axis. The highest amplitude of the echo-signal is determined for each fixed distance between the reflector and transducer. It turned out, in particular, that t he down-peak in the signal amplitude close to the boundary of the near-fiel d zone is almost wiped out.
