Abstract
4-Aryl(heteryl)benzo[f]cyclopenta[c]quinolines were obtained by reaction of N-arylmethylene(heterylmethylene)-2-naphthylamines with cyclopentanone or ethyl 2-oxocyclopentane-1-carhoxylate or by reaction of 2-naphthylamine, ar ene(hetarene)carbaldehydes, and cyclopentanone.
