Abstract
Central nervous system vasculitis is an exceptional extraintestinal ma nifestation of Crohn's disease. Reported here are 2 cases, highlightin g the difficulty of differential diagnosis with multiple sclerosis and stressing the importance of early immunesuppressive therapy.
