Abstract
New fluorinated unsaturated cyclic alpha -amino acid esters were obtained b y ene reaction of methylenecycloalkanes with electrophilic imines (CF3)(MeO 2C)C=N-PG, followed by ruthenium-catalyzed ring rearrangement involving mix ed ROM-RCM metathesis.
