Abstract
In this paper, we present results on electronic: transport in c-Si/Alq/Al s tructures. Specifically, we show that n(+) c-Si is an efficient electron in jector into Alq. We also show that transport in these structures is injecti on Limited. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
