Abstract
The dependence of the morphology of polymers, prepared by cyclic voltammetr y of 4,4 " -dipenthoxy-3 ' -alkyl-2,2 ' :5 ' ,2 " -terthiophenes, on the le ngth of the alkyl substituent and the polymerisation parameters was investi gated. The morphology and some photophysical properties of the polymers hav e been related to the characteristics of photoreceptor devices constructed with these materials.
