Soluble polyimides based on the N,N ' -bis-(4-aminophenyl)-N,N ' -diphenylb
enzidine with a linkage between the phtalimide groups X = O, - ,SO2, CO are
investigated for their photovoltaic properties. Sensitization of these pho
toconductive polyimids with different small molecules like Rhodamine 6G as
well as [6,6]-phenyl-C-61-butyric-acid-methyl-ester (PCBM) is demonstrated
by current/voltage and spectrally resolved photocurrent spectroscopy.
