Abstract
Using coupled cluster equation of motion approach, we calculate the formati on rates for singlet and triplet excitons associated with intermolecular ch arge-transfer process. It is found that (i) the interchain bond-charge corr elation has a strong influence on the relative ratio, and (ii) on-chain ele ctron-electron correlation and electron-phonon coupling favor singlet excit on formation.
