Several fully substituted PANI derivatives were prepared by chemical copoly
merization of 2-methoxyaniline (OMA) with various 2- or 3-substituted anili
nes (-SO3H, -COOH, -Cl, -F, -NO2 and -CH3). The structure of the copolymers
was determined by IR and their conductivity by impedance spetroscopy. Clos
er insight into the kinetics of copolymerization of OMA with 3-aminobenzene
sulfonic acid (MA), 2-aminobenzenesulfonic acid (OA), 3-aminobenzoic acid (
ABA) or 2-aminobenzoic acid (AA) was obtained by using H-1 NMR.
